How Parylene is better
One of the unique attributes that puts Parylene Coating Services ahead of our competition is our very high purity Dimer, which enables faster, more efficient processing. Coating thickness and uniformity are directly impacted by the purity of the Dimer utilized. Our proprietary Dimer has the lowest possible levels of contaminants, which facilitates the truest possible deposition.
Lower failure rates and higher profitability
The low product reject and failure rates achieved with our process provide you with increased customer satisfaction and profitability.
Two variants of PCS Dimer are offered: Type “C” and Type “N”. See Technical Information for details.
